We deliver to your door in South Africa.

If products are in stock, RoboFactory ships out orders within 1 business day after they have been placed and paid for (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders paid for before 1pm on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day to the courier on a best effort attempt.

Once the order has been dispatched to the courier, packages destined for main centers/areas usually take between 1-3 business days to be delivered. A flat fee of R136 is charged for all deliveries to main centers. 
For packages going to underlying or remote areas, delivery can take up to 5 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of R186 is charged for all deliveries to underlying or remote areas. The delivery fee for bulk orders will be quoted separately.
Please note that if the delivery address falls outside of what is considered "outlying areas," additional charges may apply. Customers will be contacted individually to settle any outstanding amounts owed for delivery.

The cost of delivery includes a fuel surcharge added by The Courier Guy from 1 April 2026.

The provided delivery timelines are guidelines from courier companies, although there have been exceptions to these guidelines in the past. Delivery will be conducted exclusively through courier services, specifically The Courier Guy, and will be made directly to your door.

Addresses in main centers/areas are typically within a 50km radius of the following locations (please note that this list is not exhaustive): Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Harrismith, Johannesburg, Klerksdorp, Kimberley, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, Randburg, and Witbank.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Customers purchasing from outside of South Africa:

The customer is responsible for arranging all logistics and covering courier charges between the collection address in South Africa and the destination country. This applies to all deliveries, returns, and exchanges.

In the event of any issues with the order or product (e.g. item not functioning, incorrect item shipped, software not uploading, dissatisfaction with the item, etc.) and a return, refund, or exchange is requested, the customer will be required to pay the courier charges to return the item to South Africa.

Once received, the item will be evaluated and a resolution will be provided in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Refunds will only be processed into a South African bank account.

Payment for orders must be made into a Standard Bank account in South Africa or via an approved online payment provider such as PayFast.
