Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
The contents of the delivered order must be validated against the customer's purchase within 14 days of delivery, prior to installation or use of the product. If the products are incorrectly delivered or damaged during delivery, they will be replaced at no cost to the customer, including shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all documentation and accessories.
• For product returns where the customer has chosen the incorrect product and/or is unhappy with the product, a credit note or refund will be issued, provided the product is unused and returned within 7 days, in its original packaging, with all documentation and accessories. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Electronic components such as breadboards cannot be exchanged due to their sensitive nature.
• RoboFactory reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged from misuse, if accessories are missing, or if the product is altered in any way.
• RoboFactory or its affiliates are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any product.
• RoboFactory will not reimburse shipping fees, but will cover return shipping costs if the item is subject to replacement.
• All refunds are subject to inspection of the product(s), and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the item is no longer in new condition.
• RoboFactory will only issue a refund if it is within 7 days of the delivery date. If a product is found to be defective after 7 days but within the manufacturer's warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to defects in the manufacturing process of the products and does not cover the following scenarios:
• Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by lightning, power surges, or incorrect installations.
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the goods.
• Use of products for a purpose other than their intended purpose.
• Use of products contrary to their instruction manuals.
• Modification of the original software by the customer.
• Accidental damage.
The manufacturer's warranty is limited to 6 months, starting from the date of product delivery. This warranty period includes any exchanges made within the 6 months. The following steps should be followed for returning defective items:
• Send an email query (including your order number) describing the product's fault.
• Record a video of the problematic product, ensuring that the SKU/serial number is visible.
• Email or WhatsApp the video of the problematic product to us.
• RoboFactory will review the video and provide guidance on the next steps within 5 business days.
• Defective products found within the manufacturer's warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
• If the product is determined to be not defective after evaluation, the customer will be responsible for all courier charges.
