UNO R4 Minima Compatible With Arduino

R 235.00

The UNO R4 Minima Compatible With Arduino is a development board with the classic UNO form factor, based on the RA4M1 microcontroller made by Renesas. It features 32 kB of RAM, a clock speed of 48 MHz, and a USB-C port.
This is the first UNO board to use a 32-bit architecture, as previous versions were based on an 8-bit AVR architecture.

The Uno R4 Minima board is not manufactured or supplied by Arduino (it is manufactured to the same specifications as the Arduino board).

Overview:

The UNO R4 Minima Compatible With Arduino is a development board with the classic UNO form factor, based on the RA4M1 microcontroller made by Renesas. It features 32 kB of RAM, a clock speed of 48 MHz, and a USB-C port.
This is the first UNO board to use a 32-bit architecture, as previous versions were based on an 8-bit AVR architecture.

Note:
The UNO R4 Minima was specifically designed to ensure compatibility with previous shields and hardware developed for the UNO R3. The UNO R4 Minima maintains the same mechanical and electrical compatibility, allowing you to seamlessly use your existing shields and hardware with the new board. This makes it easy to upgrade to the UNO R4 Minima without the need for significant changes or adaptations to your projects.
UNO R3 sketches can be used on the UNO R4 Minima if the sketch was developed using the Arduino API. However, if your sketch includes instructions specific to the AVR architecture, some modifications may be necessary to ensure compatibility with the UNO R4 Minima.
Only some libraries for the UNO R3 use instructions specific to the AVR architecture that are not compatible with the architecture of the UNO R4 Minima. However, many libraries have already been ported as part of our early adopters program or are based on the Arduino API, ensuring compatibility with the new board.

Features:

• Hardware Compatibility: Retains compatibility with the UNO form factor and 5V operating voltage, similar to the UNO R3. Works seamlessly with existing shields and projects.
• Enhanced Peripherals: Includes a 12-bit DAC, CAN BUS, and OP AMP, expanding the range of on-board peripherals.
• Wider Input Voltage Range: Supports power supplies ranging from 6V to 24V, providing more flexibility for various applications.
• SWD Connector: Easily connect an external debugger to monitor the inner workings of your code and hardware.
• HID Support: Built-in HID (Human Interface Device) support allows it to simulate a mouse or keyboard.
