Shelly Blu Door/Window - Black

Overview:

Shelly BLU Door/Window is a Bluetooth sensor designed to detect the opening and closing of a door or a window. It can also measure the angle of a inclination of a door or a window that tilts and turns. In addition, it features a light sensor. N.B. To use this device with the Shelly Smart Control app, a gateway is necessary. Compatible gateways are Shelly BLU Gateway, or any Shelly Plus, Pro or Gen3 device (excluding sensors)

Modes of Operation:

• Regular mode - the Device broadcasts the current open/closed state, illuminance, and battery status each time the open/closed state changes (door/window opened or closed). If a door or window, which tilts and turns is opened, the Device immediately broadcasts information about the event, the illumination, and the battery status at the time of the opening detection. Two seconds later, it broadcasts inclination angle, the illumination, and the battery status at the moment. Then every 8 seconds the Device checks the inclination angle. If a change is detected, the Device broadcasts the new angle value.
• Beacon mode - the Device broadcasts the current open/closed state, illuminance, and battery status every 30 seconds. You can enable the Beacon mode from the Device settings in the Shelly Smart Control application. For more details, visit the Shelly Smart Control guide.
N.B. The battery life may be significantly reduced when the Device is in Beacon mode.

User Interface:

• One push button (behind the back cover)
• Press and hold for 10 sec to pair ShellyBLU Door/Window with another Bluetooth device.
• Press and hold for 30 sec to factory reset (possible only shortly after inserting the battery).
