The XG07E Micro Lock is an electric lock designed for various types of lattice vending machines, lockers, filing cabinets, mobile phone cabinets, and other similar applications. It features a built-in micro switch for short-circuit signal output, strong earthquake resistance and tensile force, and low-power design that automatically reduces the current after unlocking to prevent continuous power consumption. The lock is powered by DC12V/0.8A and is suitable for use in a working environment between -20°C to 55°C.

User Instructions:

• Mounting the lock: Install the lock on the cabinet or door. Make sure that the lock is properly aligned and secured to the cabinet or door.
• Wiring the lock: Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the lock to a DC power source of 12V/0.8A. Ensure that the wiring is done correctly to avoid any short-circuits or damage to the lock.
• Using the lock: Apply power to the lock to unlock the door. The lock will remain unlocked as long as power is supplied. To lock the door, remove power from the lock. The lock will automatically engage and lock the door. The lock has a built-in micro switch that outputs a short-circuit signal when locked. The signal line is turned on when locked and disconnected when unlocked.

Note:

• Power-on time: The lock should be used according to the power-on time marked on the dark shell. Excessive power-on time or too frequent switching may damage the internal components. (Power-on time <500ms)
• Heavy cabinet doors: If the installed cabinet door is too heavy to be energized and cannot be pushed open or the titanium wire lock is still energized, closing the cabinet door may burn the internal components.
